This House Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this [Day] of [Month], [Year], by and between the following parties:

WHEREAS, the Landlord is the legal owner of the property situated at [Property Address] ("Premises"), and
WHEREAS, the Tenant desires to lease the Premises from the Landlord for the purpose of residential occupancy, and
WHEREAS, the Landlord agrees to lease the Premises to the Tenant upon the terms and conditions set forth herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Lease Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue for a period of [Number of Months/Years], unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
2. Rent
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord rent in the amount of [Rent Amount] per [Rent Payment Frequency] ("Rent") beginning on the first day of the lease term. Rent shall be due and payable on the first day of each subsequent [Rent Payment Frequency] during the term of this Agreement. 5. Maintenance and Repairs
The Tenant agrees to keep the Premises clean and in good condition, and to promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the Landlord. The Tenant shall be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance items up to [Maintenance Threshold Amount], and the Landlord shall be responsible for all other repairs and maintenance items. The Tenant agrees to notify the Landlord of any damage to the Premises caused by the Tenant's negligence or misuse.
6. Utilities
The Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, and internet services, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
7. Insurance
The Tenant agrees to maintain renter's insurance coverage for the duration of this Agreement, with a minimum coverage amount of [Insurance Coverage Amount]. The Tenant shall provide proof of insurance to the Landlord within [Number of Days] after the execution of this Agreement.
8. Pets

9. Subletting and Assignment
